Before you write
Try a current browser and a smaller file. For images, choose JPG, PNG or WEBP as listed by the tool. PDF tools require valid, unencrypted files.
If an application rejects your file, compare the downloaded file’s actual pixel dimensions, file type and size with the application’s current official requirements.
