Getting started
Choose a tool, select a supported file and adjust the settings. Press the main action button and wait for the result. Download the processed file using the result panel.
To replace a single file, use Choose Image or Choose PDF again. For multiple files, choose additional files, then use drag-and-drop or the arrow buttons to set their order.
Choosing a file size
1 KB means 1,024 bytes; 1 MB means 1,048,576 bytes. The requested size is an upper limit. JPG and WEBP usually achieve smaller photo files than PNG.
If your receiving service defines KB as 1,000 bytes, enter a slightly lower target. For a 50,000-byte limit, enter 48.8 KB. Always verify the downloaded file’s byte size if the destination is strict.
File limits and downloads
Images are limited to 25 MB, 32 megapixels and 16,000 pixels per side. PDFs are limited to 100 MB and 500 pages. Multi-file operations allow up to 20 files and 150 MB total, with at most 500 combined PDF pages.
Large files need more browser memory. On a mobile device, try fewer or smaller files if processing fails. Your browser controls where downloads are saved.
Photo and PDF limitations
Animated inputs are flattened to a single frame when re-encoded. Re-encoding strips image metadata, while unchanged originals retain their bytes and metadata. Browser decoding handles supported EXIF orientation. Quality sliders affect JPG and WEBP, not lossless PNG.
PDF files must be unencrypted. Split every page produces a ZIP archive. DocsReady copies PDF pages and does not preserve document-level bookmarks, interactive forms or digital signatures.
