Supported formats and features

Page copying

Pages are copied into a new PDF instead of rendered as images. This is a merge tool, not a PDF compressor.

Document order controls

The top file appears first in the output. Use Split PDF if you need only certain pages from an input document.

Practical limits

Up to 20 PDFs and 150 MB combined input, with 100 MB and 500 pages per PDF and no more than 500 pages in the result.

Put the first document first

The list order is the order in your final PDF. Use the arrow buttons or drag files to rearrange them. Pages are copied; interactive forms, bookmarks and digital signatures are not preserved.

Good questions. Simple answers.

Can I merge multiple PDFs?

Yes. Select several PDFs and arrange them before merging. Large documents may exceed browser memory even within the listed limits.

Can I merge password-protected documents?

No. Provide PDFs that are unencrypted and valid. The tool does not unlock protected documents.

Are bookmarks, forms and digital signatures preserved?

No. Pages are copied, but document-level bookmarks, interactive form fields and digital signatures are not preserved. Review the new PDF before using it.

Is DocsReady free?

All ten tools are free to use. No account or subscription is required.

Does my file get uploaded to a server?

No. These tools process file contents in your browser. Temporary previews and results use browser memory; Start Over releases their references. Downloads remain on your device.

Can I use DocsReady on mobile?

Yes, in a modern browser with image and download support. Use fewer or smaller files if a large job exceeds your device’s memory. Your browser controls where downloads are saved.
