By using DocsReady, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tools.
Permitted Use
Use DocsReady to prepare files you own or have permission to process. Normal tools do not require an account or payment.
User Responsibility
Keep an original copy and inspect the downloaded output. You are responsible for confirming the file specifications required by the organization receiving it, including format, dimensions, size, DPI and readability.
File Processing Limitations
Compression can remove detail or metadata. Conversion can change colors or transparency. PDF manipulation may not retain interactive forms, bookmarks or digital signatures. Browser memory and supported formats limit what can be processed.
No Guaranteed Acceptance
DocsReady can help resize, crop, compress or convert files but cannot guarantee acceptance by a government portal, examination portal, employer, institution or third-party service. Presets are conveniences; official requirements take precedence.
Availability of Service
Tools are provided as available. Features, limits and availability may change, and uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose is not promised.
Intellectual Property
You retain your rights in your files. Using DocsReady does not transfer ownership of its branding or website materials. Third-party software and materials remain subject to their applicable licenses and rights.
Prohibited Misuse
Do not use the service unlawfully, violate another person’s rights, distribute malicious files or attempt to disrupt the website or compromise its security.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DocsReady is not responsible for losses resulting from use of or inability to use the tools. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
